Payment and Cancellation Policy
Revival RN accepts cash and all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Cherry Payment Plans. We do not accept personal checks, care credit, or any type of health insurance. All payment is expected at time of service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule you to be courteous to other clients. If this occurs, you will be charged a $50 reschedule fee.
Can’t make your appointment? Please call / text us at 248-826-7636 at least 24 hours in advance.
Our service provider’s time is very valuable. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, we understand. Simply notify us at least 24 hours in advance and we will be happy to get you rescheduled.
- A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to your card for any appointments canceled within 24 hours.
- A “no-show” fee of $150, or the cost of the scheduled service (whichever is less), will be charged for a no show.
Your credit card will be placed on file at time of scheduling and will only be charged if this policy is broken.
